Todays news: Keep the stories and documents coming. I have recieved permission to post an email we recieved. This email seems to be a classic CPS style play. WHY would CPS NOT place these kids with their biological grandparents who only lived 15 minutes and would have provided the least traumatic change? Once again they always charge child support for children whao are unwillingly taken? We will be doing more investigation into you Sherry!!
NEW LINK BELOW!! We were just sent a link that show kids are more likely to be abused in foster care! We are looking at possibly attending the court hearings at the court house. Although we would not be allowed to enter the court room we could hand out literature to the families who are there. Any volunteers? We currently have 2 volunteers, 2 more would be great. The flyers are coming along and look very nice!! |

This site will be all about helping those GOOD families who are being destroyed by the CPS department in the state of Idaho!! We are starting in Kootenai county because that is where we currently know of an all out atmosphere of intimidation and corruption with in the Child Protective Services department. We will be outing and whistle blowing the corruption!! We will scan and post legal ducuments including case transcripts!! We will be naming names of these people including judges, lawyers, mental health workers and CPS case workers, CASA workers, and any person who assists or abets the kidjacking of a child!!
In all fairness we will also be listing the true and responsible case workers, lawyers and those people whom are honest in their efforts and pure in their actions!!
The legalized kidnapping of our kids MUST STOP!! We must not allow this system to silence us with threats of retribution and shame. We must stand as one and fight back!!
We are not for 1 minute claiming that all cases are unfounded and unwarranted. What we are saying is that once the states and counties learned how to run these departments as businesses, the good cases have become greatly outnumbered by the bad and goodwill has been replaced with greed!! We are stating that the CPS hiring guidlines should include a mental health profile and rigorous testing before hiring, and then continued testing to insure the mental health of case workers. One of the most important things that has been brought to our attention is that there is no system in place for filing grievences against a case worker. There is no recourse against those who abuse the system and make false reports.
The first name of shame is Lorie Vesterby. Lorie was a CPS case worker who was either allowed to resign quietly and fled the state for fear of legal action against her or just fled before being resigning. We have documentation and proof that Lorie committed perjury, lied to superiors, filed false police reports and is responsible for the hospitalization and attempted suicide (by hanging) of a 10 year old previously normal boy! More information and pictures will follow. Lorie is now destroying lives at DSI Renal, Inc. in Mesa, AZ. Feel free to call them and let them know the monster they hired!!
